组织、利益与情感:治理共同体助推乡村全面振兴的实践路径——基于贵州省H镇的实证案例

摘　　要：在新的时代背景下,乡村社会治理共同体的构建要服务于助推乡村全面振兴的现实要求。从组织、利益与情感三重维度分析,发现治理共同体的价值意涵与乡村振兴的时代要求相契合:治理共同体以党建引领为前提,能有效促进乡村联建联治和资源整合;以利益联结为基础,能有效促进乡村资源聚合和成果共享;以情感归属为纽带,能有效提升乡村社会公共精神和情感认同。基于贵州省H镇的实证案例,进一步探究治理共同体助推乡村全面振兴的实践路径。H镇通过党建联合化,构建组织共同体,助推乡村组织振兴;通过产业一体化,构建利益共同体,助推乡村产业融合与生态振兴;通过资源在地化,构建情感共同体,助推乡村人才回流与文化振兴。In the new era,the construction of rural governance community should serve the practical purpose of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization.Analyzing from the dimensions of organization,interests and emotions,it is found that the value implications of governance community are in line with the practical requirements of rural revitalization.The rural governance community guided by Party building to achieve joint construction,joint governance,and resource integration;common interests should be the base to achieve the unity of interests and achievement sharing;and the sense of belonging should be the linkage to strengthen the public spirit and affective commitment in rural society.Based on the empirical case study of H Town in Guizhou Province,this study explores the practical path of promoting comprehensive rural revitalization through governance community.H town has established an organizational community through the unification of Party building,promoting the revitalization of rural organizations.And it has also established a community of interests through industrial integration,promoting the rural industry convergence and ecological revitalization.Moreover,it has established an emotional community through the localization of resources,facilitating the return of rural talents and cultural revitalization.
