穴位埋线联合调脂安心汤治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察穴位埋线联合调脂安心汤治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的效果。方法 将2022年5月至2023年5月医院收治的80例冠心病合并高脂血症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组。西医常规组接受西医常规对症方案治疗,中西综合组在西医方案基础上接受穴位埋线结合调脂安心汤的中医综合疗法治疗。统计疗程结束临床疗效,比较两组脂代谢、趋化因子fractalkine(CX3CL1)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)、心功能、乳脂肪球表皮生长因子8(MFG-E8)、中医证候积分。结果 中西综合组总有效率高于西医常规组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组脂代谢、CX3CL1、MFG-E8、MCP-1比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中西综合组和西医常规组的甘油三酯(TG)、CX3CL1、总胆固醇(TC)、MCP-1、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)较前降低,中西综合组更低(P<0.05);中西综合组和西医常规组的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、MFG-E8较前升高,中西综合组更高(P<0.05)。治疗前两组心功能、中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组CI、SV、CO、LVEF较前升高,中西综合组更高(P<0.05)。中西综合组和西医常规组的主症、次症及舌脉评分较前降低,中西综合组更低(P<0.05)。结论 穴位埋线结合调脂安心汤对冠心病合并高脂血症可调节CX3CL1、MFG-E8、MCP-1的表达,改善脂代谢和心功能,提高疗效。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint thread embedding combined with Tiaozhi Anxin tang on the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hyperlipidemia admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method.The routine Western medicine group received symptomatic treatment according to the routine Western medicine plan,while the comprehensive Western and Chinese medicine group received traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive therapy combining acupoint embedding and Tiaozhi Anxin tang on the basis of the Western medicine plan.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was analyzed,and the differences of lipid metabolism,chemokine Fractalkine(CX3CL1),monocyte chemokine protein-1(MCP-1),heart function,milk fat globule-epidermal growth factor 8(MFG-E8)and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate of the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that of the conventional Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in lipid metabolism,CX3CL1,MFG-E8,and MCP-1 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The levels of triglyceride(TG),CX3CL1,total cholesterol(TC),MCP-1,and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group and the conventional Western medicine group were lower than before,with lower levels in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group(P<0.05).The levels of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and MFG-E8 in the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group and the conventional Western medicine group were higher than before,and the integrated Chinese and Western medicine group was higher(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in heart function and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The CI,SV
