基于罗伊适应模式的个体化护理干预对烟雾病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 回顾性分析基于罗伊适应模式的个体化护理干预在烟雾病中的应用价值。方法 选取河南省人民医院2021年9月至2023年3月收治的102例烟雾病患者,按护理方法分为罗伊组(51例)、常规组(51例),常规组接受常规护理,罗伊组在此基础上接受罗伊适应模式的个体化护理干预。比较两组神经功能[美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、认知功能[蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)]、生活能力[日常生活能力量表(ADL)]、治疗依从性、自我感受负担[自我感受负担量表(SPBS)]。结果 干预后两组NIHSS、ADL、SPBS评分降低,且罗伊组低于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组MoCA评分升高,且罗伊组高于常规组(P<0.05);罗伊组治疗依从性(100.00%)高于常规组(88.24%)(P<0.05)。结论 烟雾病患者接受罗伊适应模式的个体护理干预,能提高治疗依从性,改善神经功能、认知功能,从而提高生活能力,降低自我感受负担。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical application value of individualized nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation model in moyamoya disease.Methods A total of 102 patients with moyamoya disease in Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from September 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into Roy group(51 cases)and conventional group(51 cases)according to nursing methods.The conventional group received routine nursing,and Roy group received individualized nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation mode.The neurological function[National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)],cognitive function[Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)],living ability[activities of daily living(ADL)],treatment compliance and self-perceived burden[self-percrived burden scale(SPBS)]of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the NIHSS,ADL and SPBS scores of two groups decreased,and the Roy group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MoCA score of two groups increased,and the Roy group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the Roy group(100.00%)was higher than that of the conventional group(88.24%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of individual nursing intervention based on Roy adaptation model can improve the treatment compliance,improve the neurological function and cognitive function,and thus improve the life ability and reduce the burden of self-perception.
