循经刮痧拔罐艾灸联合中药贴敷护理对中风恢复期偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨循经刮痧拔罐艾灸联合中药贴敷护理对中风恢复期偏瘫患者肢体功能康复的影响。方法:选择2021年5月—2023年1月北京市第二医院收治的80例中风恢复期偏瘫患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理;观察组实施循经刮痧拔罐艾灸联合中药贴敷护理。比较两组护理前后神经功能、肢体运动功能、肌力分级、生活质量及并发症发生率。结果:护理后,观察组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,上肢及下肢运动功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组上肢、下肢肌力等级均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经刮痧拔罐艾灸联合中药敷贴护理可促进中风恢复期偏瘫患者神经功能及肢体功能康复,显著提高患者生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of scraping,cupping and moxibustion follow meridians combined with traditional Chinese medicine application nursing on limb function rehabilitation of hemiplegia patients in the convalescent stage of stroke.Method:A total of 80 patients with hemiplegia in the convalescent stage of stroke treated in Beijing Second Hospital from May 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing;the observation group was treated with scraping,cupping and moxibustion follow meridians combined with traditional Chinese medicine application nursing.Neurological function,limb motor function,muscle strength grade,quality of life before and after nursing and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the muscle strength levels of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of generic quality of life inventory 74(GQOL-74)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing of scraping,cupping and moxibustion follow meridians combined with traditional Chinese medicine application nursing for hemiplegia patients in the convalescent stage of stroke can promote the rehabilitation of nerve function and limb function,and significantly improve the qualit
