摘　　要：目的:阐释含藏药材榜嘎方剂的组方和用药规律,为临床用药和进一步开发利用提供依据。方法:采用数据挖掘方法,从《藏药方剂大全》和《四部医典方剂大全》中搜集所有含藏药材榜嘎方剂,利用Spss Modeler 18.0应用软件分析各藏药之间的关联性,用Gephi制作各药物之间的可视化关联图。结果:共收集到331首含藏药材榜嘎方剂,涉及285味药材。通过统计分析发现,榜嘎多与治疗藏医“赤巴”病、中毒症和疫热病的药物联合使用,频次、置信度和支持度均最高的药物组合分别为榜嘎-诃子、榜嘎-牛黄、榜嘎-藏红花。含藏药材榜嘎方剂的主治疾病依次是藏医“赤巴”病、中毒症和疫热病。结论:含藏药材榜嘎方剂的组方特点与主治疾病性质息息相关,充分彰显藏药药性和方剂配伍理论特点。这一规律在含榜嘎藏药方剂的临床用药和新药创制方面具有重要的指导意义。Objective To elucidate the prescription composition and medication law of Aconitum tanguticum containing prescription,and to provide basis for clinical medication and further development.Methods Data mining method was adopted A complete collection of Zang medicine from the Four Medical Classicsand the Complete List of Zang Medicine Formulas.Spss Modeler 18.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between drugs,and Gephi was used to make the visual correlation diagram between drugs.Results A total of 331 Tibetan medicine prescriptions containing Aconitum tanguticum were collected,those involving 310 medicinal materials.It's showed that Aconitum tanguticum was commonly used in combination with drugs for treating chiba disease,toxic fever and plague in Zang medicine.The drug combinations with the highest frequency,confidence and support were Aconitum tanguticum-Terminalia chebula,Aconitum tanguticum-Crocus sativus and Aconitum tanguticum-Swertia chirayita,respectively.The attending diseases of the Zang medicine prescriptions containing Aconitum tanguticum are chiba disease,toxic fever and plague.Conclusion The composition characteristics of the prescription containing Aconitum tanguticum are closely related to the nature of the disease,fully demonstrating the theoretical characteristics of the medicinal properties of Zang medicine and the compatibility of prescriptions.This rule has important guiding significance in the clinical use and new drug creation of Zang medicine prescriptions containing Aconitum tanguticum.
