摘　　要：十宣穴(EX-UE11)为经外奇穴,针刺十宣穴具有清热开窍、活血化瘀、疏经通络、调和脏腑的治疗作用,常应用于高热、中暑、昏迷、癫痫等急症,是重要的急救穴。在临床中发现十宣穴并不局限于急症治疗,在中风、颈椎病、糖尿病等疾病引起的神经功能障碍治疗中亦有良好的疗效。文章全面总结分析了历年文献中十宣穴的临床应用及作用机制,以期为十宣穴的进一步研究及应用提供参考。Shixuan( EX-UE11) is an extraordinary point.Acupuncture on EX-UE11 has therapeutic effects of clearing heat and opening orifices,activating bloodcirculation and removing blood stasis,dredging meridians and collaterals,and harmonizing zang-fu organs.It is commonly used in emergency treatment of high fever,heat stroke,coma,epilepsy,etc.,and is an important acupoint for first aid.In clinical practice,it has been found that EX-UE11 is not limited to emergency treatment,but also has good curative effect in the treatment of neurological dysfunction caused by stroke,cervical spondylosis,diabetes and other diseases.This article comprehensively summarized and analyzed the clinical application and mechanism of EX-UE11 in the literature over the years,providing a reference for further research and application of EX-UE11.
