摘 要:为了深入理解和系统掌握沥青混合料高温车辙实验原理、影响因素及评价指标,设计了沥青混合料高温车辙虚拟仿真实验。实验由路面温度场检测、交通量检测、混合料配合比设计、多参数车辙实验和微观力链模拟等多个模块组成,涉及道路材料、设计及检测等多门专业课程知识点。通过多参数车辙实验,可分析不同温度、荷载作用下沥青混合料抗高温性能的变化规律,还可探索抗车辙剂、玄武岩纤维等添加剂对沥青混合料抗高温性能的提升效果。结果表明,高温和重载的叠加作用会大大加速沥青路面车辙的形成,添加玄武岩纤维后沥青混合料的高温性能可提升68%以上。此外,通过可视化模拟,能够从微观层面直观展示沥青混合料车辙病害形成机理,为相关课程实验教学提供支撑。In order to deeply understand and systematically master the principle,influencing factors,and evaluation indicators of high-temperature rutting test of asphalt mixtures,a virtual simulation platform for high-temperature rutting of asphalt mixtures is designed.The platform consists of multiple modules,including pavement temperature field detection,traffic volume detection,mixture gradation design,multi-parameter rutting test,and micro force chain simulation.It involves several professional curriculums such as road materials,pavement design and detection.Through multi-parameter rutting test,the variation law of high-temperature performance of asphalt mixtures under different temperatures and loads can be analyzed.It is also possible to explore the improvement effect of additives such as anti-rutting agents and basalt fibers on the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixtures.The results indicate that the combined effect of high temperature and heavy load will greatly accelerate the rutting formation of asphalt pavement.After adding basalt fibers,the high-temperature performance of asphalt mixtures can be improved by more than 68%.In addition,through visual simulation,the formation mechanism of rutting disease of asphalt mixtures can be intuitively displayed at the micro level,providing support for experimental teaching of related curriculums.
