摘  要:将“配位化学”课程中前沿科研成果及其新技术、新方法进行提炼归纳,设计教学案例。以4-氟水杨醛氨基酸席夫碱为配体,通过溶剂挥发法生成钴席夫碱配合物,并利用X射线单晶和粉末衍射、红外光谱、核磁共振等分析手段对产物进行表征,探索其荧光性质。实验内容包含配合物的设计、合成、结构表征和性质研究。通过该综合实验,阐述了“配位化学”中的抽象概念,不仅丰富了课程内涵,还能激发学生的科研兴趣,提升学生创新实践能力。By refining and summarizing frontier scientific research results and new technologies and methods,we reform the course of“Coordination Chemistry”.A comprehensive experiment is designed.The experiment uses 4-fluorosalicylaldehyde amino acid Schiff base as ligand,and the cobalt Schiff base complex is generated by a relatively simple solvent evaporation method.Further,the product is characterized by X-ray single crystal and powder diffraction,infrared spectra and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and its fluorescence properties are also explored.The content of the experiment includes the design,synthesis,structure representation and property research of complexes,and it guides students to cultivate the scientific research thinking of"structure determines property".Through the comprehensive experiment,the abstract concepts in coordination chemistry are vividly described,and not only the connotation of the course is enriched,but also students'interest in scientific research is stimulated,their innovation and practice ability is improved.
