摘  要:探讨失效模式与后果分析(FMEA)在高校实验教学的应用。分析FMEA在高校实验室的应用现状,以“工程实训”课程为例,将FMEA引入实验教学的安全管理,分析教学过程的潜在失效模式、影响及原因,将安全风险量化,根据风险优先级采取针对性的措施降低潜在失效模式的RPN值。实践表明,将FMEA应用于实验教学安全管理,有利于减少实验教学安全事故的发生,极大地提高授课教师、学生的安全防护意识,同时通过不断持续改进,有助于提高实验室安全管理水平。To explore the application of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in experimental teaching,this paper analyzes the current application status of FMEA method in university laboratories,and applies FMEA in the safety management of experimental teaching by taking the metalworking practice as an example.We analyze the potential failure modes,impacts,and causes of the teaching process and quantify risks,and reduce the RPN value of potential failure modes based on risk priority by taking targeted measures.Practice proves that applying FMEA into experimental teaching safety management is beneficial for reducing the occurrence of safety accidents in experimental teaching,and improves the safety protection awareness of teachers and students,and improves the standard of laboratory safety management.
