摘 要:随着养殖规模和集约化程度的不断提高,养殖场产生的臭气严重危害人畜健康和周边生态环境,臭气污染问题备受关注。解决猪场臭气污染的重要途径之一是减少臭气物质产生,而改进饲粮技术和养殖技术是减少猪场臭气物质生成的关键技术措施。本文综述了猪场臭气组成及产生途径、猪场中关键致臭物质及筛选方法、有效减少臭气生成的饲粮技术和养殖技术,旨在为加强猪场臭气方面的基础研究及减排技术的推广提供参考,进一步推进养猪业的高质量发展。With the increase of feeding scale and intensive degree,the odor produced by the animal farm seriously endangers human and animal health and the surrounding ecological environment.The problem of odor pollution in animal farm attracts much attention.One of the important ways to solve the odor pollution of pig farm is to reduce the odor substance.The key technical measures to reduce the odor generation in pig farm are to improve the feed technology and breeding technology.In this paper,the composition of odor in pig farm and its production pathway,the key odor substances in pig farm and their screening methods,as well as the feed technology and breeding technology that can effectively reduce odor generation,was reviewed.The purpose is to provide reference for basic research and promotion of emission reduction technologies in pig farm,so as to promote the high-quality development of pig industry.
