中国残障社会工作研究的本土发展、主要议题及未来展望——基于范围综述的方法

摘　　要：在党和政府大力支持残障社会工作发展的背景下,该领域的研究也迅速涌现,学界需要对研究的发展状况、主要议题及未来的发展前景进行较为全面的梳理。本文采用范围综述的研究框架,在中国知网数据库中筛选出440篇残障社会工作文献,综合运用CiteSpace和GIS等软件,对论文发表年份、残障类别、地域分布、研究方法及关键词等进行分析。结果显示,残障社会工作研究的地域分布不均衡,经验研究及实践研究相对不足;基础知识主要受通用社会工作知识体系的影响,尚未与残障理论和知识进行有效对接;研究主题紧扣国家政策,主要聚焦于残障福利政策、社会组织与服务递送及残障人士就业、家庭等议题。未来我国残障社会工作研究需要发展多元研究范式,关注更多微观实务议题,在知识层面将社会工作通用知识与残障议题进行有效对接,以此回应残障相关的服务需求。With the rapid development of social work research on disability,it is necessary to review the current status,main topics,and future prospects in this field.This study is a scoping review that identified 440 articles from the CNKI database to analyze the publication years,types of impairments,distribution across areas,research methods,and keywords.The results reveal the following characteristics:uneven distribution of research across various regions,insufficient empirical and practice research;the foundational knowledge is primarily influenced by generic social work knowledge and has not yet been effectively integrated with disability theory;research themes closely focus on welfare policies,social organizations,service delivery,employment,and family,following national policies.The paper argues that future research needs to adopt diverse research paradigms,focus more on specific issues in disability practice,effectively integrate generic social work knowledge and disability theories,and respond to the service needs arising from disabilities.
