低绿地率保障性租赁住房小区海绵城市设计探讨

摘　　要：以西安某更新保障性租赁住房小区为例,从绿色发展的海绵城市设计思路分析、绿化景观选取、低影响海绵设施分析比选、结合场地的汇水分区划分、结合场地下垫层分析在总平面图中对海绵设施进行合理布局,切实做好小区内的水资源规划,在满足海绵城市设计强制性指标的同时尽量达到引导性指标的要求。重点通过该项目海绵城市设计案例的分析、布置及计算等,探讨海绵技术措施在低绿化率小区中的建设思路,并提出了几点建议和注意事项。This study takes a urban renewal affordable rental housing community in the urban area of Xi’an as an example.From the analysis of green development sponge city design ideas,selection of green landscapes,comparison and analysis of low impact sponge facilities,combined with the division of water collection zones in the site,and combined with the analysis of underground cushion layers,the sponge facilities are reasonably arranged in the overall plan,and water resources planning within the community is effectively carried out to meet the mandatory indicators of sponge city design while striving to meet the requirements of guiding indicators.Through the analysis,layout,and calculation of the sponge city design case in this project,the construction ideas of sponge technology measures in low greening rate residential areas are discussed,and several suggestions and precautions are proposed.
