摘 要:为了解决辛置煤矿厚硬基本顶条件下短壁综采工作面的安全高效回采难题,采用FlAC3D数值模拟软件模拟研究了工作面在初次采动影响下的顶板位移变化情况以及采场支承压力演化特征,对比分析了工作面在不同推进距离情况下的矿压显现规律,并且提出了适用于该短壁工作面的双向聚能爆破预裂切顶技术方案。结合现场实际情况及监测结果,认为双向聚能爆破预裂切顶技术的应用实现了坚硬顶板的弱化处理,缓解了工作面的矿压显现程度,能够满足矿井安全高效生产。In order to solve the problem of safe and efficient mining of short wall fully mechanized mining face under the condition of thick and hard basic roof in Xinzhi Mine,the variation of roof displacement and the evolution characteristics of stope abutment pressure under the influence of primary mining were simulated and studied by FlAC3D numerical simulation software,and the mine pressure behavior law of working face under different advancing distance was compared and analyzed.The technical scheme of pre-splitting and roof cutting by two-way concentrated blasting was put forward,which was suitable for the short-wall face.Combined with the actual situation in the field and the monitoring results,it was considered that the application of the pre-splitting roof cutting technology of two-way concentrated blasting realized the weakening treatment of the hard roof,alleviated the pressure performance of the working face,and could meet the safe and efficient production of the mine.
