摘 要:针对赵庄煤业深部煤层采动过程中巷道锚索支护问题,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟,总结赵庄煤业井下锚索失效类型,推导巷道顶板层理面剪切应力分布表达式,分析赵庄煤业深部层状顶板巷道锚索在不同顶板岩层厚度、不同顶板层理面数量、不同锚索预紧力大小、不同锚索安装角度、不同层理面位置等情况下锚索水平变形量和顶板下沉量。结果表明:①赵庄煤业深埋巷道锚索破断主要集中在煤柱采空区侧顶板以及中部顶板;②巷道复合岩层顶板层理面上的剪切应力呈现不均匀分布状态;③发生在锁具附近的破断为锁体与锚具之间的刚性剪切所致,发生在锚索中部的破断是由于层状复合顶板各层理相互之间的错动对锚索的柔性剪切所致。Aiming at the problem of roadway anchor cable support during strong mining of deep coal seam in Zhaozhuang Mine,through on-site investigation,theoretical analysis and numerical simulation,the failure types of anchor cables in Zhaozhuang Mine were summarized,the expression of shear stress distribution of roadway roof bedding surface was deduced.The horizontal deformation of the anchor cable and roof subsidence in deep roof roadway of Zhaozhuang Mine were analyzed under different composite roof thickness,the number of bedding discontinuous surface,different anchor cable preload,different installation angles and different positions of discontinuous surface.The results showed that:①The anchor cable failure of deep roadway in Zhaozhuang Mine was mainly concentrated in the side roof and the middle roof of coal pillar goaf.②The shear stress on the roof layer of roadway composite strata presented uneven distribution.③The failure near the lock was caused by the rigid shear between the lock body and the anchor;the failure in the middle of the anchor cable was caused by the flexible shear of the anchor cable caused by the dislocation between the bedding of the laminated composite roof.
