摘 要:鑫顺煤业EBZ-135悬臂式掘进机在实际使用中截齿损伤频繁,影响安全高效生产。针对这一问题,对该矿EBZ-135悬臂式掘进机截割部进行有限元分析。通过ANSYS软件构建出掘进机截齿模型,分别从横切与钻进两种工况条件出发,模拟分析了截割头的受力情况,据此对截齿设计进行优化。优化方案实施后,改善了截割头受力效果,降低了所有截齿间合外力的差值,有利于提升整个煤矿截割作业的效率与质量。In the actual use of EBZ-135 cantilever roadheader in Xinshun Coal Industry,the pick damage is frequent,which affects the safe and efficient production.In response to this problem.The finite element analysis of the cutting part of EBZ-135 cantilever roadheader in this mine is carried out.The pick model of roadheader is constructed by ANSYS software.Starting from the two working conditions of cross cutting and drilling,the force of cutting head is simulated and analyzed,and the pick design is optimized accordingly.After the implementation of the optimization scheme,the force effect of the cutting head is improved,and the difference of the combined external force between all picks is reduced,which is conducive to improving the efficiency and quality of the whole coal mine cutting operation.
