摘  要:矸石是煤炭开采的伴生废品,煤矸分离是煤矿生产过程中的必要工序,矸石分选不当将直接影响洗煤工艺以及煤质,严重地还会造成洗煤设备的损害。本文针对东庞矿北井选煤厂采用的传统人工捡矸,存在劳动强度高、安全隐患大、矸石拣出率低等问题,结合厂区现状对毛煤排矸系统进行优化,采用自动化智能选矸装置代替人工选矸,提高矸石检出率和作业安全性。本文对目前各类毛煤选矸工艺进行对比分析,详述了PIDS带式智能干选系统的工作原理及技术流程,并总结了毛煤智能干选系统的技术优点,对该系统的实际应用方案和取得的经济和社会效益进行阐述,表明PIDS智能干选系统在同类选煤厂毛煤排矸环节具有很好地推广价值。Gangue is the associated waste of coal mining.Separation of coal and gangue is a necessary process in the process of coal mine production.Improper separation of gangue will directly affect the coal washing process and coal quality,and seriously cause damage to coal washing equipment.In this paper,aiming at the problems of high labor intensity,high safety hazards and low gangue picking rate in the traditional manual gangue picking in the north well coal preparation plant of Dongpang Mine,the system of raw coal gangue discharge is optimized according to the current situation of the plant,and the automatic intelligent gangue selection device is used to replace the manual gangue selection,so as to improve the detection rate of gangue and the safety of operation.In this paper,the current various types of raw coal gangue separation processes are compared and analyzed.The working principle and technical process of the PIDS belt intelligent dry separation system are described in detail,and the technical advantages of the raw coal intelligent dry separation system are summarized.The practical application scheme of the system and the economic and social benefits obtained are described,indicating that the PIDS intelligent dry separation system has a good promotion value in the process of raw coal gangue discharge in similar coal preparation plants.
