摘 要:为创优采空区瓦斯治理措施,解决采掘衔接过程中高抽巷工期紧张难题,本文以高河煤矿E2306综采工作面为工程背景,提出高位大直径水平长钻孔“以孔代巷”瓦斯抽采技术,并在煤层钻场内布设6个孔径203 mm、单孔孔深650 m的钻孔进行瓦斯抽采。实测结果表明,回风流瓦斯平均浓度为0.26%,上隅角瓦斯平均浓度平均为0.24%,瓦斯浓度显著降低,从根本上解决了瓦斯超限问题。In order to improve the gas control measures in goaf and solve the problem of tight construction period of high drainage roadway in the process of mining and excavation,this paper takes E2306 fully mechanized mining face of Gaohe Coal Mine as the engineering background,and puts forward the gas drainage technology of'hole instead of roadway'with high large diameter horizontal long borehole,and sets up 6 boreholes with 203 mm aperture and 650 m depth of single hole in the coal seam drilling field for gas drainage.The measured results show that the average concentration of gas in the return air flow is 0.26%,and the average concentration of gas in the upper corner is 0.24%.The gas concentration is significantly reduced,and the problem of gas overrun is fundamentally solved.
