摘  要:为了解决潞安集团郭庄煤业3308工作面粉尘浓度高的问题,基于煤层注水降尘技术,开展工作面瓦斯抽采孔进行动静压联合注水降尘实验研究。实验结果表明,煤层注水过程中,距离钻孔越近增水量越大,平均增水率为55.6%,煤层注水前后粉尘质量浓度最大降幅可达78%,“一孔两用”钻孔布置以及注水方式能够减少煤层注水二次打孔周期及投资,取得一定的经济效益。In order to solve the problem of high dust concentration in 3308 working face of Guozhuang Coal Industry of Lu'an Group,based on the technology of coal seam water injection and dust reduction,the experimental study of dynamic and static pressure combined water injection and dust reduction in gas extraction hole of working face was carried out.The experimental results show that in the process of coal seam water injection,the closer the distance from the borehole,the greater the water increase,the average water increase rate is 55.6%,and the maximum decrease of dust mass concentration before and after coal seam water injection can reach 78%.The'one-hole dual-purpose'borehole layout and water injection mode can reduce the secondary drilling cycle and investment of coal seam water injection,and achieve certain economic benefits.
