摘  要:综述了近几年国内外碳纤维表面改性处理技术的研究进展,分别介绍了涂层改性、氧化改性、表面接枝改性、等离子体改性的改性原理及效果。现有碳纤维表面改性技术仅对表面产生物理或化学的改性,单独一种改性技术在连续化生产中难以实现有效控制,而多种改性技术的组合式应用技术可以相互融合各种改性技术的优点,适合在各个碳纤维生产流程中进行表面改性设计具有更高的研究价值。碳纤维组合式表面改性技术将是未来提升碳纤维连续化生产的发展趋势。The research progress of surface modification technology of carbon fiber at home and abroad in recent years was reviewed.The modification principles and effects of coating modification,oxidation modification,surface grafting modification and plasma modification were introduced respectively.The existing carbon fiber surface modification technology only produces physical or chemical modification on the surface,and it is difficult to achieve effective control in continuous production with a single modification technology,and the combined application technology of various modification technologies can integrate the advantages of various modification technologies,and the surface modification design in each carbon fiber production process has higher research value.Carbon fiber combined surface modification technology will be the development trend of improving the continuous production of carbon fiber in the future.
