关于污水气浮隔油含油污泥破乳药剂的研究

摘　　要：目前,某厂污水气浮隔油气浮池排出污泥,含有大量油类物质,该物质主要是以油包水的形式存在,如果直接进入板框进行压滤,易使滤板出现堵塞的现象,因此,污泥进行破乳,使油和水进行分离技术的研究,成为目前亟待解决的问题。介绍了一系列新型的反相破乳剂,调研了破乳剂的破乳机理,并测试了市面上常见的破乳剂的破乳效果,选用效果最优的破乳剂进行了相关的动学测试。At present,a plant sewage gas flotation flotation tank discharge sludge,containing a large number of oil substances,the substance is mainly in the form of oil water,if directly into the plate frame for pressure filtration,easy to make the filter plate clogged phenomenon,therefore,sludge demulsification,so that oil and water separation technology research,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper introduces a series of new reverse-phase demulsifier,investigates the demulsifier mechanism,and tests the demulsifier effect of common demulsifier on the market.The best demulsifier is selected to carry out the relevant dynamic test.
