摘 要:催化热解技术在处理废塑料垃圾、促进能源循环利用方面具有独特优势。废油-塑料共热解技术作为废塑料催化热解的前沿工艺,利用废弃油品的独特性质解决了塑料热解过程中升温不均匀、易结焦等问题。但共热解情况较为复杂,热解机理及原料选择尚未明确。对国内外现有塑料-油共热解技术进行综述归纳,系统总结了废塑料单独催化裂解与废塑料共热解技术差异,并讨论了各类典型废弃油品对于共热解过程的影响机制,阐述了如反应温度、催化剂种类、停留时间、反应压力等因素对热解过程的影响,发现油类物质在热解过程中作为溶剂为反应提供稳定温度,并促进塑料原料初步溶解降低反应条件,塑料作为供氢物质同样促进油类物质裂解,两者存在协同作用。最后针对目前共热解技术存在的问题,指出未来应重点关注废塑料及共热解物质组分之间的关系和催化剂循环利用方面。Catalytic pyrolysis technology has unique advantages in treating waste plastic waste and promoting energy recycling.As the cutting-edge process of catalytic pyrolysis of waste plastics,waste oil-plastic co-pyrolysis technology uses the unique properties of waste oil to solve the problems of uneven temperature rise and easy coking in the plastic pyrolysis process.However,the co-pyrolysis situation is complex,and the pyrolysis mechanism and raw material selection have not yet been clarified.This paper summarizes the existing plastic-oil co-pyrolysis technologies at home and abroad,systematically summarizes the differences between the catalytic cracking technology of waste plastics alone and the co-pyrolysis technology of waste plastics,discusses the influence mechanism of various typical waste oil products on the co-pyrolysis process,expounds the influence of factors such as reaction temperature,catalyst type,residence time,reaction pressure and other factors on the pyrolysis process,and finds that oil substances are used as solvents in the pyrolysis process to provide a stable temperature for the reaction,and promote the preliminary melting of plastic raw materials to reduce the reaction conditions.Plastics as hydrogen donors also promote the cracking of oils,and there is a synergistic effect between the two.Finally,in view of the existing problems of co-pyrolysis technology,it is pointed out that the relationship between waste plastics and co-pyrolysis components and catalyst recycling should be focused on in the future.
