摘 要:基于对清罐污油的组成分析、理化性质的基础上,采用由本企业与湖南长岭石化科技开发有限公司共同研发的专用设备,对老化的污油膜进行了强化传质处理,污油回收率达到95%,净化会后的污油水含量1%以内,污油、污水实现达标排放。目前针对清罐污油减量化的分析及研究极少,因此研究清罐污油性质及减量化技术对清罐污油的处理具有重要的借鉴意义。Based on the analysis of the composition and physical and chemical properties of the dirty oil from tank cleaning,the aged dirty oil membrane enhanced mass transfer treatment facility developed by the enterprise and Hunan Changling Petrochemical Technology Development Co.,Ltd.,was used for treatment.The recovery rate of dirty oil reached 95%,the content of dirty oil after purification was 0.05%,and the dirty oil and sewage reached the standard discharge.At present,there is little analysis and research on the reduction of tank cleaning dirty oil,so it is of great significance to study the properties and reduction technology of tank cleaning dirty oil for other refineries with similar problems.
