摘  要:首先对地下水封储油洞库惰性气体注入的重要性进行了说明。然后对氮气的生产工艺原理进行了介绍,并通过工程设计实例对比分析了3种惰性气体注入系统的优缺点、投资额,对水封洞库氮气置换对建设工期的影响进行了分析,最后分析说明了地下水封洞库惰性气体注入系统分析结论及设计建议,为后续项目设计及生产运营提供了决策依据。Firstly,the importance of injecting inert gas into underground water sealed oil storage caverns was explained.Then,the production process principle of nitrogen was introduced,and the advantages,disadvantages,and investment amount of three inert gas injection systems were compared and analyzed through engineering design examples.Finally,the conclusion and emergency measures of the inert gas injection system for underground water sealed caverns were analyzed and explained,providing decision-making basis for subsequent project design and production operation.
