摘  要:润滑油加氢装置设计时一般不考虑密闭吹扫的技术,反应系统采用热氮吹扫,分馏系统利用蒸汽吹扫和蒸煮。文章对装置首次停工过程中采用的密闭吹扫技术进行了总结,通过合理利用现有流程和设备,控制吹扫时间、排放口和含油污水指标,成功实现了“气不上天,油不落地”的绿色停工总要求。停工过程中也遇到了一些问题,通过分析、总结,提出了下一步改造的方案。Generally,the technology of closed purging is not considered in the design of lubricating oil hydrogenation unit.The reaction system adopts hot nitrogen purging,and the fractionation system uses steam purging and cooking.This paper summarizes the closed purging technology used in the first shutdown of the plant.By reasonably using the existing processes and equipment and controlling the purging time,discharge port and oily sewage index,the green shutdown general requirements of"gas does not reach the sky,oil does not fall to the ground"have been successfully realized.Some problems were also encountered in the process of shutdown.Through analysis and summary,the next transformation scheme was put forward.
