摘　　要：针对武钢有限热风炉煤气消耗大的问题,炼铁厂对影响煤气消耗的因素进行了分析,采取了改进煤气平衡方式、优化换炉制度、燃烧参数管控及调整煤气结构等措施,热风温度提高了21℃,吨铁煤气消耗从511.2 m^(3)/t下降到了465.3 m^(3)/t,为降低铁成本做出了贡献。For the problem of large gas consumption in hot blast stove of WISCO,the iron works take effective measures about improving gas balancing process,optimizing stove change system,controlling combustion parameter,adjusting gas structure and so on.These measures not only raises the wind temperature about 21℃,but also reduce the gas consumption from 511.2 m^(3)/t to 465.3 m^(3)/t,which contributed to the reduction of iron costs.
