摘 要:主要内容涉及LNG接收站中核心工艺设备高压泵,据此分别讨论了高压泵的结构型式、运行工况、设备选型、不同布置方式等相关内容,并详细分析了各个方案的优缺点,以供其他类似项目参考借鉴。根据已有资料分析,不同供货商的高压泵体内部与外部结构存有差异,在国内虽然都有较为成熟的运行业绩,但是固有的结构型式却带来了不同的影响;基于接收站直接面对下游用户,其外输压力波动范围大的特点,详细分析了高压泵运行工况与外输压力相匹配的解决方案;同时,结合实际工程设计经验,分析各种不同工况下对高压泵选型的影响,提出了对高压泵选型的建议;另外,根据LNG接收站中高压泵两种主要的布置方式,文中也进行了细致分析比较。通过以上分析,完成了对高压泵各个主要方面的综合归纳、梳理。基于文中内容,也为LNG工程人员与项目实施提供了一定的参考意义。The article is mainly about key equipment HP pump in LNG terminal,discussing structure style,operating scenarios,equipment selection,different arrangement etc.,the advantage and disadvantage is separately analyzed,which will be as reference for other project.Based on lots of documents,there are some differences regarding the outer and inner structure for HP pump,although which are both used in LNG terminal in China,different operation influence is caused from intrinsic structure of HP pump.Also LNG terminal is directly connected to the downstream users,and its send-out pressure range is big,based on that the match of HP pump operation scenarios and the required send-out pressure is also deeply analyzed.Meanwhile according to the engineering design experience,the influence of HP pump selection from different operating scenarios is studied,and some advice is also provided.Besides,two different pump arrangement is also discussed in detail.Based on the above analysis,every aspect for HP pump is almost summarized,and the article also provide some reference for LNG engineer and project construction.
