摘 要:目的探讨区块链技术在医院公共卫生信息系统构建中的应用价值及其具体实现路径,并探寻如何将区块链技术与现有医院公共卫生信息系统架构有效融合,构建出既符合我国隐私保护政策、又满足数据完整性和互操作性要求的医院公共卫生信息系统。方法采用问题导向法,针对当前医院公共卫生信息系统构建中存在的实际问题展开研究。并结合比较分析法,在数据共享与协同效率、信息系统可扩展性与兼容性、数据安全性与隐私保护等关键维度,评估区块链技术的优劣势。结果在公共卫生服务方面,区块链技术在数据共享、协同效率、系统扩展性与数据安全性等方面展现出明显优势,有利于打破信息孤岛,提高资源利用率,增强疾病监测与预警能力。结论在实际应用过程中,应积极应对系统兼容性、法律合规性、用户隐私保护等方面的挑战,以充分发挥区块链技术的优势,推动医院公共卫生信息系统的现代化与智能化。Objective To explore the value of the application of blockchain technology in the construction of hospital public health information system and its specific path of realisation.It also explores how to effectively integrate blockchain technology with the existing hospital public health information system architecture to construct a hospital public health information system that not only meets China′s privacy protection policy,but also satisfies the requirements of data integrity and interoperability.Methods The problem-oriented method is used to study the practical problems existing in the construction of the current hospital public health information system.Combined with the comparative analysis method,the advantages and disadvantages of blockchain technology are evaluated in the key dimensions of data sharing and collaboration efficiency,information system scalability and compatibility,data security and privacy protection.Results In public health services,blockchain technology shows obvious advantages in data sharing,collaboration efficiency,system scalability and data security,which is conducive to breaking down information silos,improving resource utilisation,and enhancing disease surveillance and early warning capabilities.Conclusion In the process of practical application,the challenges of system compatibility,legal compliance,and user privacy protection should be actively addressed to give full play to the advantages of blockchain technology and to promote the modernisation and intelligence of hospital public health information systems.
