摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,梳理我国竞技排球发展历程,分析文化内涵特征,并提出建设路径。发展历程:规范发展期、快速突破期、改革探索期、全面提升期。内涵特征:以满足项目发展需求,建设符合国际竞赛标准的配套设施为基础;以制定符合项目发展规律、全国上下一盘棋的制度为保障;以契合项目特点的价值观与思维方式为内核。建设路径:丰富物质文化种类,创新制度文化建设,突出精神文化内涵。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper sorted out the development course of competitive volleyball in China,analyzed the cultural connotation characteristics,and put forward the construction path.Development course:normative development period,rapid breakthrough period,reform and exploration period,and comprehensive promotion period.Connotation characteristics:It is based on meeting the needs of event development and building supporting facilities that meet the standards of international competitions.It is guaranteed by establishing a nationwide system that conforms to the development laws of the event.It is centered around values and ways of thinking that fit the characteristics of the event.Construction path:We should enrich the types of material culture,innovate the construction of institutional culture,and highlight the connotation of spiritual culture.
