体育助力城市治理域外经验及启示

摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,阐述体育助力城市治理的内在逻辑,梳理域外经验,并提出对我国的启示。内在逻辑:新时代城市治理体系现代化发展的迫切需要,深入推动体育强国建设的现实认知,满足城市居民公共需求变化的路径选择。域外经验:立足体育规划城市发展,体育助力城市产业转型,体育丰富城市文化内涵,体育重塑城市生活方式。启示:整体规划,政策引导发展方向与战略;产业联动,体育产业促进城市转型;提升内涵,塑造城市体育文化;融入生活,打造城市体育生活圈。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper expounded the inner logic of sports assisting urban governance,sorted out the experience of foreign countries,and put forward the enlightenment to China.Internal logic:It is the urgent need for the modernization of the urban governance system in the new era,the realistic cognition to further promote the construction of sports power,and the path choice to meet the changes in the public needs of urban residents.Overseas experience:They are based on sports planning urban development,sports helping urban industrial transformation,sports enriching urban cultural connotation,and sports reshaping urban lifestyle.Enlightenment:We should make overall plans and let policies guide the direction and strategy of development.We should accelerate the industry linkage and let the sports industry promote the transformation of the city.We should enhance the connotation and shape the urban sports culture.We should integrate into the life and build the urban sports life circle.
