摘　　要：运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,探究我国青少年体育活动促进的涓滴模型建构理论、应然、实然,并提出促进路径。应然:打造亲子活动的“第一课堂”,牢筑课后活动的多维保障,注重社交活动的科学引导,完善社会组织与市场协同机制,助推活动从“有”向“优”转变。实然:家庭体育活动内容待丰富,学校体育活动时空待延展,社区体育活动场域待优化,社会组织与市场介入不充分,青少年的科学素养待提升。促进路径:补齐家庭体育活动短板,进行全周期教育干预;深拓校园内外体育活动,做好全过程活动治理;优化社区运动及社交环境,加强全方位活动保障;培育智慧型社会服务组织,深化要素市场化配置改革;强化科学素养与健康教育,全领域共破体育数字化壁垒。By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the constructed theory,ideal state,actual state,and promotion path of the the trickle-down model for promoting physical activity among Chinese youth.Ideal state:It should create the"first class"of parent-child activities,firmly build a multidimensional guarantee for after-school activities,pay attention to the scientific guidance of social activities,improve the coordination mechanism between social organizations and the market,and promote the transformation of activities from"good"to"excellent".Actual state:The content of family physical activities needs to be enriched,the time and space of school physical activities needs to be extended,the field of community physical activities needs to be optimized,the social organization and market intervention are insufficient,and the scientific literacy of teenagers needs to be improved.Path:We should make up for the shortcomings of family physical activities to carry out whole-cycle education intervention,expand physical activities both inside and outside the campus to do a good job in the whole process of activity governance,optimize the community sports and social environments to strengthen all-around activity protection,cultivate intelligent social service organizations to deepen the reform of elemental market allocation,and strengthen scientific literacy and health education to break down the digital barriers of sports in all fields.
