摘 要:针对钢渣及石油行业废催化剂难以利用的现状,根据钢渣高铁高钙和废催化剂高硅高铝的组分特点,协同利用钢渣和废催化剂制备建筑陶粒,并采用ICP、XRD、FTIR等测定不同组成和不同工艺条件制备的陶粒的性能。研究表明:在钢渣与废催化剂质量比为6∶4,焙烧温度为1 180℃,焙烧时间为30 min的最佳烧成条件下,烧制的陶粒性能优良,陶粒中Cr、Ni和As等重金属元素的浸出结果满足国家标准。该钢渣—废催化剂陶粒主要矿物为镁铝榴石相和尖晶石相,有利于提高陶粒性能,其中尖晶石相又能够很好地包裹重金属,有利于对重金属元素的固结。In view of the situation that steel slag and waste catalyst produced in the petroleum industry are difficult to use,according to the composition characteristics of steel slag and waste catalyst,steel slag and waste catalyst are jointly used to prepare building ceramics.ICP,XRD and FTIR were used to determine the properties of different compositions and different process conditions.The results show that under the optimum sintering conditions(mass ratio of steel slag to waste catalyst is 6∶4,calcination temperature is 1180℃,calcination time is 30 min),the performance of ceramic granules is excellent,and the leaching results of Cr,Ni and As in ceramic granules meet the national standards.The main minerals of the slag and waste catalyst ceramisite are magnesia-aluminum-garnet phase and spinel phase,which is conducive to improving the performance of the ceramisite,and spinel phase can well cover heavy metals,which is conducive to the consolidation of heavy metal elements.
