摘  要:锂云母渣为一般固废,其主要成分是二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、氧化钙、三氧化二铁等,与水泥混合材和混凝土掺和料的成分相近。本文根据国家标准要求进行了多项检测和试验研究,从多个方面分析其作为水泥混合材和掺和料的可行性。研究结果表明:锂云母渣的重金属浸出和放射性检测合格,具有潜在水硬性和火山灰性,安定性检测合格,具有较高的活性指数,具备作为水泥混合材和掺合料的基本要求。但锂云母渣含水率较高,成分波动大,且碱含量和三氧化硫含量较高,在使用时,应加强均化,控制掺加量,使水泥中的碱和三氧化硫含量满足国家标准要求。Lepidolite slag is a general solid waste,its main components are silicon dioxide,aluminum oxide,calcium oxide,iron trioxide,etc.,and the composition is similar to cement mixtures and concrete admixtures.In this paper,a number of detections and tests have been carried out based on the requirements of national standards,and the feasibility of using it as cement mixture and admixture has been analyzed from many aspects.The results showed that the lepidolite slag is qualified in heavy metal leaching and radioactivity detection,which has potential hydraulic and pozzolanic properties.It passes stability detection,has a high activity strength index,and meets the basic requirements as a cement mixture and admixture.However,lepidolite slag has a high-water content,large composition fluctuations,and high alkali content and sulfur trioxide content.When using lepidolite,homogenization should be strengthened and the addition should be controlled to make the alkali and sulfur trioxide content in cement meet the national standard requirements.
