摘 要:基于期望理论、手段-目的链理论以及信息系统持续模型,构建结构方程模型,以感知价值与使用满意度作为中介变量,探究高校学生电子政务持续使用行为影响因素,精准施策引导高校学生电子政务的持续使用行为。设计调研问卷,随机抽取45所高校学生进行作答,运用Amos 24.0构建结构方程模型并进行中介效应检验。研究结果表明,当以感知价值和使用满意度为中介变量时,电子政务服务质量对高校学生电子政务持续使用行为产生影响。数字治理背景下,积极发挥信息科技在国家治理中的作用,对提升政府部门现代化社会治理能力具有重要意义。Based on Expectation Theory,Means-Purpose Chain Theory and Information System Persistence Model,a structural equation model was constructed to explore the factors influencing college students’continuous e-government use behavior with perceived value and satisfaction degree as the intermediary variables,aiming to precisely guide college students’continuous use behavior of e-government services..A survey questionnaire was designed,and students from 45 universities were randomly selected to responses,using Amos 24.0 to construct a structural equation model to test on the intermediary effect.The research findings indicate that the quality of e-government services has an impact on students’continuous e-government use behavior when perceived value and usage satisfaction are the mediating variables.In the context of digital governance,actively leveraging information technology in national governance is of significant importance for enhancing the modern social governance capabilities of government departments.
