摘  要:在我国大力推动碳减排背景下,旧工业建筑作为碳排放大户,如何使其节能减排成为社会共同关注的话题。本文探究了“双碳”目标下旧工业建筑绿色再生的必要性,并以邯郸市磷肥厂为例,针对其现状问题,运用实地调研法和软件模拟法,在外部空间方面,从场地交通改善、景观环境塑造和工业印记保留3个方面进行了优化;在内部空间方面,从空间功能重构、物理环境优化和围护结构更新3个角度提出了绿色再生策略探究并加以验证。Under the background of China’s efforts to promote carbon emission reduction,old industrial buildings,as large carbon emitters,how to save energy and reduce emissions has become a topic of common concernin society.This paper probes into the necessity of green regeneration of old industrial buildings under the goal of“double carbon”,and taking Handan Phosphate Fertilizer Plant as an example,aiming at its current situation,using field research and software simulation,optimizes the external space from the aspects of site traffic improvement,landscape environment shaping and industrial imprint preservation.In the aspect of internal space,the green regeneration strategy is explored and verified from three perspectives:spatial function reconstruction,physical environment optimization and enclosure structure update.
