摘 要:为探究在不同进气方式下植物工厂作物冠层环境的变化情况,对室内人工光型植物工厂内部温度、相对湿度(relative humidity,RH)以及CO_(2)质量分数分布进行了数值研究,并考虑了作物存在及H_(2)O蒸发、CO_(2)吸收的影响;讨论了4种不同进、出风口位置及5种入口流速对植物工厂作物冠层的影响,并对作物冠层温度变动系数RSD_(T)、RH变动系数RSD_(RH)及CO_(2)质量分数变动系数RSD_(C)进行了分析。结果表明,不同进出口布置与不同入口流速v对冠层温度、相对湿度RH以及CO_(2)质量分数分布有较大影响;当进出口布置为下进上出同侧(C4)时,即使在低流速下室内也有良好的温度分布;当v≥1.5 m/s时,C4方案各冠层RH值均处于50%~70%这一适宜区间,CO_(2)质量分数均值也高于其他方案;随着v增大,RSD_(T)、RSD_(RH)及RSD_(C)均降低明显,作物冠层温度、RH及CO_(2)质量分数均匀性表现良好。In order to explore the changes of crop canopy environment in plant factories under different air intake modes,the temperature,relative humidity(RH)and CO_(2)mass fraction distribution in indoor artificial light plant factories were numerically studied,and the effects of crop existence,H_(2)O evaporation and CO_(2)uptake were considered.The effects of four different inlet and outlet positions and five inlet flow rates were discussed,and the crop canopy temperature variation coefficient RSD_(T),RH variation coefficient RSD_(RH)and CO_(2)mass fraction variation coefficient RSD_(C)were analyzed.The results showed that different inlet and outlet arrangements and different inlet velocity v had great influence on canopy temperature,relative humidity RH and CO_(2)mass fraction distribution.When v≥1.5 m/s,the canopy RH values were in the suitable range of 50%~70%and the mean CO_(2)mass fraction was higher in the C4 scheme(Bottom in,top out same side solution)than in the other schemes;at the same time,the RSD_(T),RSD_(RH)and RSD_(C)all decreased significantly as v increased.At the same time,RSD_(T),RSD_(RH)and RSD_(C)decreased significantly with increasing v.The crop canopy temperature,RH and CO_(2)mass fraction uniformity were satisfactory.
