芍倍注射液治疗腋臭的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨芍倍注射液治疗腋臭的有效性和安全性及其作用于人体顶泌腺细胞的病理变化。方法收集30例腋臭患者进行芍倍注射液治疗,治疗前切取腋下汗腺组织送病理检查,治疗后定期随访,于治疗后6个月再次取腋下汗腺组织送检,同时观察该疗法治愈情况及并发症。结果痊愈23例(76.7%),有效5例(16.7%),无效2例(6.6%),总有效率93.4%。发生皮下结节2例(6.6%),皮肤淤青3例(10%),皮肤坏死、溃疡、感染等均未发生。治疗前可见大汗腺组织增生明显,治疗后6个月汗腺组织明显萎缩,伴间质均质化凝固性坏死。结论芍倍注射液可以有效治疗腋臭,创伤小、复发率低、并发症少,值得临床应用推广。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of Shaobei injection in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis and the pathological changes of apocrine gland cells.Methods 30 patients with axillary osmidrosis were collected and treated with Paeobai injection.Before treatment,a little sweat gland tissue was removed from the armpit and sent for case examination.After treatment,regular follow-up was conducted.Results 23 cases(76.7%)were cured,5 cases(16.7%)were effective and 2 cases(6.6%)were ineffective.The total effective rate was 100%.Subcutaneous nodules occurred in 2 cases(6.6%),skin bruising in 3 cases(10%),skin necrosis,ulcer and infection did not occur.Hyperplasia of apocrine tissue was observed before treatment,atrophy of apocrine tissue was observed 3 months after treatment,accompanied by homogenous coagulation necrosis of interstitial tissue.Conclusion Shaobei injection can effectively treat axillary osmidrosis,with little trauma,low recurrence rate and less complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
