股前外侧区游离皮瓣移植术用于四肢软组织缺损修复中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨分析股前外侧区游离皮瓣移植术用于四肢软组织缺损修复中的效果。方法于2020.6~2023.6期间,选取我院收治的四肢软组织缺损患者87例,按术式不同分2组,对照组(常规移植术)41例和观察组(股前外侧区游离皮瓣移植术)46例,对照分析两组治疗情况。结果与对照组皮瓣成活率相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05);与对照组疗效满意度相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05);与对照组并发症发生率相比,观察组明显更低(P<0.05);与对照组术后6个月的感觉功能评分相比,观察组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论四肢软组织缺损修复中应用股前外侧区游离皮瓣移植术可提高皮瓣成活率及疗效满意度,减少术后并发症,也能改善感觉功能。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of free flap transplantation in the anterior lateral region of the thigh for repairing soft tissue defects in the limbs.Methods From June 2020 to June 2023,87 patients with soft tissue defects in the limbs admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to different surgical methods.The control group(conventional transplantation)had 41 cases,and the observation group(free flap transplantation of the anterior lateral femoral area)had 46 cases.The treatment outcomes of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the survival rate of the observation group was significantly higher(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significantly higher satisfaction with the therapeutic effect(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher sensory function scores at 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of free flap transplantation in the anterior lateral region of the femur in the repair of soft tissue defects in the limbs can improve the survival rate and satisfaction with the therapeutic effect of the flap,reduce postoperative complications,and also improve sensory function.
