摘　　要：目的探析透明质酸无针水光注射配合黄金微针射频治疗皮肤老化的效果。方法回顾性分析2021年7月~2023年12月来桂林市人民医院皮肤科要求改善面部皮肤老化的就医者60例,按治疗方式的差异将其分为A组与B组,各30例。A组患者采用单独黄金微针射频治疗,B组患者采用黄金微针射频联合透明质酸无针水光注射治疗(于射频治疗后第1周、第2周、第3周、第4周给予透明质酸无针水光注射)。两组患者均间隔3个月进行一次黄金微针射频治疗,2次为1个疗程。比较两组临床疗效、面部年轻化程度[面部皱纹量表(FWS)、皱纹严重程度评价量表(WSRS)]、面部VISIA评分、不良反应。结果治疗24周结束时,B组有效率高于A组(P<0.05);治疗24周,两组FWS、WSRS评分均高于治疗前,且B组更高(P<0.05);两组治疗前VISIA评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后4周、治疗后12周、治疗后24周两组VISIA评分高于治疗前,且B组治疗后4周、治疗后12周、治疗后24周VISIA评分均高于A组(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应比较,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论透明质酸无针水光注射配合黄金微针射频治疗皮肤老化的疗效确切,可显著实现面部年轻化。Objective To explore the effect of hyaluronic acid needle free water light injection combined with gold microneedle radiofrequency therapy on skin aging.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients who received treatment from the Dermatology Department of Guilin People's Hospital from July 2021 to December 2023,who were required to improve facial skin aging.They were divided into Group A and Group B according to the difference in treatment methods,with 30 patients in each group.Group A patients were treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency alone,while Group B patients were treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with hyaluronic acid needle free water light injection(hyaluronic acid needle free water light injection was given at the 1st,2nd,3rd,and 4th weeks after radiofrequency treatment).Both groups of patients underwent gold microneedle radiofrequency therapy every 3 months,with 2 sessions per course.Compare the clinical efficacy,facial rejuvenation level[Facial Wrinkle Scale(FWS),Wrinkle Severity Rating Scale(WSRS)],facial VISIA score,and adverse reactions between two groups.Results At the end of 24 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of Group B was higher than that of Group A(P<0.05);After 24 weeks of treatment,the FWS and WSRS scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and Group B had a higher score(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in VISIA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);The VISIA scores of the two groups were higher than before treatment at 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 24 weeks after treatment,and the VISIA scores of Group B were higher than those of Group A at 4 weeks,12 weeks,and 24 weeks after treatment(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05)Conclusion Hyaluronic acid needle free water light injection combined with gold microneedle radiofrequency therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on skin aging,and can significantly achieve facial rejuvenati
