摘 要:以某市有轨电车项目为依托,研究分析典型小半径曲线的轮轨噪声特性和发生机理,通过钢轨打磨改善轮轨关系;研究弹性车轮、轮缘润滑、轨道润滑轮轨曲线对于噪声控制的影响规律。研究表明列车通过曲线半径时,弹性车轮产生的轮轨噪声明显低于传统车轮;轮缘润滑可在有轨电车小半径曲线地段广泛使用;通过测试发现在轮轨之间加入轨顶摩擦改进剂,可使摩擦系数控制在恒定合理范围内,从而降低轮轨间蠕变,有效降低噪声。Based on the tram project in a city,the characteristics and occurrence mechanism of wheel/rail noise of modern trams on typical small-radius curved tracks are analyzed through on-site testing.The wheel-rail relation is improved by grinding the rail.The impacts of elastic wheels,rim and rail lubrication on wheel-rail noise control are studied.The results show that when the tram passes through the curved track with small radius,the wheel-rail noise of elastic wheels is lower than that of traditional wheels.It is suggested that in the tram system,the wheel flange lubrication should be widely used in small radius curved sections.It is found that through the testing that introducing a rail top friction modifier between wheels and rails to control the friction coefficient within a constant and reasonable range,the creep state between wheels and rails can be greatly decreased and the wheel/rail noise can be effectively reduced thereby.
