摘  要:为分析模块化钢结构栈桥水平方向减振控制,提出一种新型的结构体系—含减振子结构的模块栈桥结构。通过设计,用半刚性节点将带式输送机与栈桥主体结构相连接,在带式输送机底部与栈桥主体结构之间设置黏滞阻尼器,将带式输送机转变为减振子结构,形成含减振子结构的模块栈桥结构。采用有限元分析方法,在频域内以控制栈桥主体结构和带式输送机水平方向振动响应为目标,对半刚性节点刚度、阻尼系数进行参数分析,计算结果表明存在最优参数,可使模块栈桥水平方向振动得到控制。在时域内将含减振子结构栈桥设定为最优参数,分析其在风荷载作用下的减振效果。结果表明:这种体系能够较好地控制结构风振响应;存在最优的半刚性节点刚度系数和阻尼器阻尼系数,可以明显减小栈桥主体结构和带式输送机的风振动力响应。In order to analyze the horizontal vibration damping control of modular steel structures of trestles,a new type of structural system—a modular trestle structure with a shock absorber substructure is proposed.In the design,the conveyor is connected to the main structure of the trestle with semi-rigid nodes.A viscous damper is set between the bottom of the conveyor and the main structure of the trestle.The conveyor is transformed into a shock absorber structure to form the modular trestle structure containing a shock absorber substructure.Using the method of finite element analysis,the parameter analysis of the stiffness and damping coefficients of the semi-rigid node is carried out in the frequency domain so as to control the vibration response of the main structure of the trestle and the conveyor in the horizontal direction.The calculation results show that there exist optimal parameters so that the horizontal vibration of the module trestle can be controlled.Finally,setting the trestle structure with shock absorbers is as the optimal parameter in the time domain,its vibration-damping effect under the wind load is analyzed.The results show that this system can better control the wind vibration response of the structure.The optimal stiffness coefficient of semi-rigid joint and damping coefficient of the damper can obviously reduce the wind-vibration dynamic response of the trestle main structure and the belt conveyor.
