摘  要:针对大涵道比涡扇发动机低频风扇噪声的宽频降噪需求,开展可吸收低频宽带噪声的声衬结构研究,并加工样件进行声学性能验证。该声衬由不同尺寸的带延长颈亥姆霍兹共振器组成,通过耦合不同参数的共振器引入多个共振峰,实现共振频率的拓宽。首先,根据传递矩阵理论建立带有延长颈的亥姆霍兹共振器的表面声阻抗模型,在此基础上,建立不同共振器耦合后的非均匀声衬吸声性能预测模型。然后,以该模型为基础,将宽频噪声的平均吸声系数作为目标函数,利用粒子群算法对共振器的参数进行反演,寻找针对该频段噪声的共振器最优参数。最后,加工制作950Hz的传统声衬和800Hz~1kHz的宽带声衬样件,通过阻抗管试验对比两者的吸声性能。结果表明,宽带声衬的测试结果与预测结果在整体吸声趋势上保持一致,证实了预测模型的有效性和优化结果的准确性,比较吸声系数大于0.8的带宽,传统声衬为100Hz,宽带声衬为230Hz,宽带声衬的吸声频带拓宽113%。In order to reduce the noise of low frequency fan of turbofan engine with large bypass ratio,the acoustic liner that can absorb the low-frequency broadband noise was studied,and its sound absorption performance was verified.The acoustic liner is composed of Helmholtz resonators with extended necks,and the structural parameters of the resonators are different.By coupling the resonators with different parameters,the sound liner can absorb noise with wider frequency band.Firstly,the surface acoustic impedance model of the Helmholtz resonator with extended neck is established according to the transfer matrix theory.On this basis,a prediction model for the sound absorption performance of the coupled nonuniform acoustic liner is established.Then,based on this model,the average absorption coefficient of broadband noise is taken as the objective function,and the parameters of the Helmholtz resonator are inverted by using particle swarm optimization algorithm to find the optimal parameters of the Helmholtz resonator for this band of noise.Finally,the traditional sound liner with a frequency of 950 Hz and the broadband acoustic liner sample with a frequency band of 800-1000 Hz are prepared,and their sound absorption performances are measured and compared through experiments.It is shown that results of the test of the broadband acoustic liner is consistent with those of the prediction,which confirms the validity of the prediction model and the accuracy of the optimization results.Compared with the bandwidth with the sound absorption coefficient greater than 0.8,the bandwidth of the traditional acoustic liner is 100 Hz,and the broadband acoustic liner is 230 Hz.The sound absorption band of the broadband acoustic liner is widened by 113%.
