摘  要:开云高速龙缸隧道为富水隧道,两端掘进,出口工区为反坡排水,施工过程中单洞最大出水量达9 072.0 m3/d,根据现有反坡排水技术,需要设置集水井与排水泵站,从而导致长期反坡排水产生高额处治费用。该文研究一种利用虹吸原理,设置可移动集水箱、虹吸水管和洞外沉淀池构成的自动虹吸排水系统,可显著降低富水隧道反坡排水的处治成本,可为同类富水隧道施工提供参考和借鉴。The Longgang Tunnel on the Kaiyun Expressway is a water-rich tunnel constructed using a two-end excavation method.In the outlet construction area,an inverted slope drainage system is implemented.During construction,the maximum water inflow from a single tunnel reached 9,072.0 m3/day.Based on existing inverted slope drainage techniques,a collection well and pumping station are required.To reduce the high treatment costs associated with long-term inverted slope drainage,an automatic siphon drainage system using the principle of siphoning,which includes a movable water collection tank,siphon pipes,and an external sedimentation tank,is applied.This system can effectively reduce the high treatment costs of inverted slope drainage in water-rich tunnels and provides a reference for similar water-rich tunnel construction projects.
