摘　　要：根据国家可持续发展的战略需求,发展装配式技术已是势在必行。然而当前装配式混凝土结构还存在诸如节点连接质量差、精确度不足、技术人员能力有待提高等问题。为保障工程质量,对具有区域特色的装配式建筑行业发展进行规范,该文主要研究了重庆市装配式建筑及其检测体系的发展现状,概括了现有检测项目及参数,分析了相关检测技术体系存在的问题,并提出可行性建议。According to the strategic needs of national sustainable development,it is imperative to develop assembly technology.However,there are still some problems in prefabricated concrete structures,such as the poor quality of joint connection,the lack of accuracy and the need to improve the technical personnel ability.In order to guarantee engineering quality and standardize the development of prefabricated building industry,this paper studied the development status of prefabricated building and its testing system,summarized the existing testing items and parameters,analyzed the problems existing in related testing technology systems,and puts forward feasible suggestions.
