摘 要:自动售检票系统即AFC(Automatic Fare Collection)系统,在现代城市轨道交通中扮演着重要角色,因其能够实现高效自助服务,极大地提升了交通出行的便捷性和用户满意度;同时AFC设备也是面向乘客的窗口,其运行状态直接关系到城市轨道交通的运营安全及服务水平。而AFC设备读卡器是自动售检票设备的核心组成部分之一,对乘客出入车站以及应急疏散起着重要作用,因此实现对读卡器的实时监控与修复非常关键。文章结合天津地铁AFC设备情况,对设备读卡器维护进行深入研究,使用Python开发语言,开发轨道交通AFC设备读卡器智能报警系统。该系统实现了报警信息的定向推送,为解决读卡器故障和异常情况提供了有效的解决方案,可以降低运维成本,提高AFC设备的可靠性和稳定性,提升地铁乘客的出行体验。Automatic Fare Collection System(AFC)plays an important role in modern urban rail transit,as it can realize effective self-service and greatly enhance the convenience of transportation and user contentment;likewise,the AFC system is also a window for passengers,and its running status is directly related to the operation safety and quality of urban rail transit.AFC system relies heavily on the card reader,which plays a crucial role in passengers'entry and departure from the station,as well as in case of an emergency.Therefore,it is essential to ensure that the card reader is monitored and repaired in real time.This paper,when paired with the situation of the AFC system in Tianjin Metro,thoroughly examines the maintenance of card readers and proposes an intelligent alarm system for AFC in rail transit based on Python and its associated runtime libraries.This system provides a practical and efficient solution to address any fault or abnormality that may arise with the card reader.A large number of tests and data analysis have revealed the timeliness and truthfulness of the alarm system;the directional push of alarm information has been realized;the operation and maintenance expenses have been reduced;the dependability and stability of the AFC system have been enhanced;and the travel experience and security of passengers have been enhanced.
