摘 要:结合原理分析、故障统计、原因分析、模拟试验,对CR400BF平台高低速风机控制接触器故障的原因进行了剖析,发现运用环境中侵入器件内部的灰尘毛絮和长期使用过程中触点表面产生的氧化、硫化是导致接触器偶发故障的主要原因。针对故障原因设计了系统匹配性、环境适应性更强的新型触点模块优化方案,并通过地面验证试验、装车验证试验,证明了其能够提升高低速风机控制接触器可靠性,降低故障率,为高低速风机控制接触器故障的解决提供了借鉴参考。Combined with principle analysis,fault statistics,cause analysis,and simulation tests,the reasons for the failure of the high and low speed fan control contactor of the CR400BF EMU are analyzed,and it is found that the dust and wool that invade the inside of the device in the operating environment and the oxidation and vulcanization of the touchpoint surface during long-term use are the main reasons for the occasional failure of the contactor.This paper proposes a new contact module optimization scheme with better system compatibility and environmental adaptability to address the causes of the failure.Through ground verification test and loading verification test,it is proved that it can improve the reliability of the high and low speed fan control contactor and reduce the failure rate.It provides a reference for the solution of the fault of the high and low speed fan control contactor.
