摘 要:地铁车辆常见故障有受电弓故障和客室门故障。当受电弓出现故障时,会导致供电不稳定甚至停电,影响电力机车或电动列车的正常运行。客室车门故障一般由电子控制系统故障、机械结构故障、外力撞击等原因引起。地铁是城市交通中的重要出行工具,在城市发展中占据着举足轻重的地位。为保证乘客出行安全,文章针对地铁车辆常见的问题加以分析,结合故障情况探讨对应的故障树设计。在故障树分析中,可以使用与逻辑门相对应的故障树门表示不同类型的故障,利用对故障树的推导和分析,找出导致故障的最根本原因,并采取相应的措施来避免或减少故障的发生,因此,只要能够将这2种故障的因果关系进行逻辑门的组合,就可以使用故障树分析这2种故障,为地铁车辆维保工作的准确决策提供支持和参考。Common failures of metro vehicles include pantograph failure and passenger compartment door failure.When the pantograph fails,it will lead to unstable power supply or even power failure,which will affect the normal operation of electric locomotive or electric train.Passenger compartment door failure is generally caused by electronic control system failure,mechanical structure failure,external force impact and other reasons.Metro is an important means of travel in urban transportation,and occupies a pivotal position in urban development.In order to ensure the safety of passengers,this paper analyzes the common problems of metro vehicles,and discusses the corresponding fault tree design in combination with the fault situation.In the analysis of fault trees,various types of faults can be represented by means of fault tree gates that correspond to logic gates,find out the most fundamental causes of faults by deducing and analyzing the fault tree,and take corresponding measures to avoid or reduce the occurrence of faults.Therefore,as long as the causal relationship of two kinds of faults can be combined with logic gates,we can use fault tree to analyze two kinds of faults,providing support and reference for the accurate decision-making of metro vehicle maintenance.
