摘 要:为研究超临界CO_(2)管道停输后管内温度压力和相态变化规律,以国内某CO_(2)管道为研究对象,利用OLGA软件开展停输再启动瞬态数值模拟,探究不同工况及工质对管道停输再启动过程的影响。研究结果表明:在保证相态不变且下游用户流量不变的情况下,流量越大,最大停输时间越短,且管道中前部和管道高点较其他位置先出现相变;在相同工况下,H_(2)和N_(2)等非极性杂质的存在会使CO_(2)的相包线向上移动,最大停输时间减少;而H_(2)S和CO等极性杂质的存在会使CO_(2)的相包线向下移动,最大停输时间增加;停输再启动过程中,如果所含杂质的密度小于纯CO_(2)的密度,则含有该类型杂质的管道恢复稳定运行状态所需时间短于纯CO_(2)工质管道。研究结果可为相关单位制定CO_(2)管道设计方案和安全停输预案提供参考。To study the change law of temperature,pressure,and phase inside the supercritical CO_(2) pipeline after shutdown,taking a domestic CO_(2) pipeline as the research object,the OLGA software was used to conduct the transient numerical simulation of shutdown and restart,and the influence of different operating conditions and working medium on the pipeline shutdown and restart process was explored.The results show that when remaining the phase state and downstream user flow rate unchanged,the larger the flow rate,the shorter the maximum shutdown time,and the phase transition occurs first at the mid-front part and high points of the pipeline.Under the same operating conditions,the existence of non-polar impurities such as H 2 and N 2 can cause the phase envelope of CO_(2) to move upwards,reducing the maximum shutdown time,while the polar impurities such as H2S and CO can cause the phase envelope of CO_(2) to move downwards,increasing the maximum shutdown time.During the shutdown and restart process,if the density of contained impurities is less than that of pure CO_(2),the time required for pipelines containing this type of impurities to restore the stable operation status is shorter than that of pure CO_(2) pipeline.The research results can provide guidance and suggestions for related organizations to develop the CO_(2) pipeline design and safety shutdown plans.
