摘　　要：“创造性转化、创新性发展”是保护好、传承好、利用好非物质文化遗产的根本遵循和切实路径。我国非遗档案资源建设在形成、管理、利用方面还面临诸多问题。“两创”视阈下的非遗档案资源建设具有深刻的时代意蕴,能够形成多元建设主体合作结构,树立实现非遗可持续发展建设目标,推动产业互动的理论结合和数据平台建设的技术赋能,实现科技成果向实际生产力的转化,走向以内容建设为根本、先进技术为支撑、创新管理为保障的实践方略。"Creative Transformation and Inno⁃vative Development"is the fundamental princi⁃ples and practical paths for protecting,inheriting,and utilizing intangible cultural heritage.The con⁃struction of intangible cultural heritage archives resources in China faces many problems in terms of formation,management,and utilization.The in⁃tangible cultural heritage archives resources con⁃struction from the perspective of"Two Innova⁃tions"has profound historical significance.It can form a diversified cooperation structure among construction entities,establish the goal of achiev⁃ing sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage,promote the theoretical combination of industrial interaction and the technological em⁃powerment of data platform construction,and achieve the transformation of scientific and tech⁃nological achievements into practical productivity,which leads to a practical strategy that takes content construction as the foundation,advanced technology as the support,and innovative man⁃agement as the guarantee.
