摘  要:教学能力是汉语国际教育专业人才培养的核心和重点,高校应不断加强本科生的学习意识和理念创新,推动以教学能力提升为导向的培养模式研究。在KSC模式的构建中,教师以学生为中心,以“实践共同体”为组织形式,以“发现学习”和“知识管理”理论为基础,从理论建构、案例学习、课堂模拟、评价反思等“做”的过程中搭建学习平台,注重反思意识的培养,有效帮助学生创新教学理念,获得基于“5C”标准的职业胜任力,提高个人教学能力。Teaching competence constitutes the core and focus of talent cultivation in Chinese international education programs.Higher education institutions should continuously strengthen students’learning consciousness and foster innovative pedagogical philosophies,driving the research on student-centered talent development models oriented towards enhancing teaching abilities.Within the framework of the KSC Model,educators center on students,adopting an“Innovation Community of Practice”as the organizational form,and grounding their approach in theories of“Discovery Learning”and“Knowledge Management”.They construct a learning platform through stages involving theoretical construction,case-based learning,classroom simulation,and reflective evaluation,among other experiential processes.This process emphasizes the cultivation of reflective awareness and effectively assists students in developing innovative pedagogical concepts while acquiring professional competencies benchmarked against the“5C”standards,ultimately enhancing individual teaching capabilities.
