摘 要:为优化卵母细胞采集方法、提高绵羊卵巢资源利用率奠定基础,该试验利用屠宰绵羊卵巢,研究采卵人员及采卵工具(注射器、负压泵)对卵母细胞回收效率的影响。结果表明:不同人员对卵母细胞回收数量和质量均存在极显著差异(P<0.01);哈萨克羊/阿勒泰羊卵母细胞回收数量和质量显著低于湖羊(P<0.05);不同规格注射器针头,对绵羊卵母细胞回收数量和质量存在极显著差异(P<0.01),且9号针头(兽用)采卵效果较优;真空负压泵对卵母细胞的回收效果显著高于注射器(P<0.05)。可见,注射器采集卵母细胞对技术人员的熟练程度要求较高,采用真空负压泵采卵方法卵母细胞回收效率显著高于注射器采卵方法。In order to optimize the oocyte collection method and improve the utilization rate of ovarian resources in sheep,this study studied the effects of oocyte collection personnel and oocyte collection tools(syringe,negative pressure pump)on the efficiency of oocyte recovery in slaughtered sheep ovaries.The results showed that:There were significant differences in the quantity and quality of oocytes retrieved by different personnel(P<0.01).The quantity and quality of oocytes recovered in Kazakh sheep or Altay sheep were significantly lower than Hu sheep(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the quantity and quality of oocytes recovered by different syringe needles(P<0.01),and the 9 needle(veterinary use)had the best effect.The recovery effect of vacuum negative pressure pump on oocytes was significantly higher than that of syringe(P<0.05).It can be concluded that oocyte collection by syringe requires a high level of proficiency of technicians.The oocyte recovery efficiency of vacuum negative pressure pump oocyte collection was significantly higher than that of syringe oocyte collection.
